A Memorable Weekend

For our long weekends, Jasper and I went up the shore with Erin, Andrea, and Eli. Jim went fishing with the Filby cousins. I don't have a pics of Jim's weekend but I did hear they caught a lot of fish and a good time was had by all.

We did a little hiking on the Superior Hiking Trail. It was Eli's first time on the Trail and he did great! Jasper is an old pro and even figured out how to grab leaves as we were walking by to munch on.


We stayed at a beatiful house on the shore. Jasper liked watching the birds and the waves from the deck. We even saw a huge moose on the Trail one evening.


He also really enjoyed digging into the ginger snaps.

Back at the ranch, Jasper loves to watch the dandelion seeds fly away!

What an honor to be a Mother

We had a wonderful Mother's day adventure today including a brunch cruise on Lake Superior, church, playing in the yard, and taking our first spin out with the bike trailer! It was a wonderful day. I am a lucky Mom to have such wonderful boys.

Happy Mother's Day also to our amazing mothers, Sandy and Harley, as well as all the other moms out there!
